How far we've come! A seventy-acre property bought and paid for... An integrated vision for a ministry center that includes camps, conferences, and missionary training... A number of completed construction projects that include a large cistern and a house for us to live in... ...and committed students, an excellent program, and a world-class faculty at the El Monte Center for Intercultural Studies (our name for the one-year missionary training program Ed will be directing beginning this fall) We are so excited about the missions movement that has begun here in Latin-america. Revival has been going on now for some time, but the new twist is the passion that is growing for foreign missions. And what missionaries our Latin brothers (and sisters) will make! God appears to be putting Western missionaries, like ourselves, with experience and resources together with Latin believers who have natural gifts that make them ideal for missions. This partnership should result in hundreds and thousands of new believers in the Kingdom, and God's greater glory spreading across the globe. At the same time, we are still praying for the nearly 100 million lost souls here in our own country of Mexico and for the camps and conference center we hope to build in order to reach them. We want to thank you for your love, prayers, and support for us as we partner together in fulfilling the Great Comission. God is on the move!
